Established with Intention
A Letter from the Founder

Leadership is not a title. It is a practice.

For more than two decades, I have walked alongside leaders in moments that mattered most. The promotion. The crisis. The quiet pivot. The conflict no one wanted to name. What I have learned is that growth rarely arrives in grand gestures. It arrives in the courage to ask one better question, to repair one fractured relationship, to take one intentional step today.

Karabed Leadership Group exists for leaders who want more than performance. We work with those building cultures of accountability, care, and consequence — in nonprofits and corporations, in classrooms and city halls. The catalog you hold gathers our most-requested learning experiences, drawn from the work of John C. Maxwell, Valorie Burton, Chris Robinson, and Ryan Leak.

As a Certified Maxwell Leadership Trainer, Speaker, and Coach, I am licensed to deliver every Maxwell program in this catalog. Each is offered in flexible formats: keynote, half-day intensive, multi-session cohort, or one-on-one coaching. Choose what fits the season your team is in.

AI Augment & Automate

Give your team back the hours they are losing to repetitive work — so they can spend that time on the people who matter most.

We partner with nonprofit leaders to identify where AI can quietly absorb the administrative weight: drafting reports, summarizing meetings, analyzing program data, preparing donor communications, surfacing insights from case files, and the dozens of small tasks that drain a mission-driven team's week.

This is not a tech sales pitch. It is hands-on partnership with you and your staff to design tools that fit how you actually work — built around your privacy, your ethics, and the people you serve.

i.

Audit

We map where your team's hours are going, and where AI can responsibly take work off their plates.

ii.

Build

We design custom tools, prompts, and workflows tailored to your programs, your data, and your voice.

iii.

Train

We coach your team to use these tools with confidence — and with the ethical guardrails the work demands.

iv.

Sustain

We stay close as your work evolves, refining the systems so they keep returning time year after year.
